Transparent metering
You pay for real Adelphos use.
Your allowance covers the context the system reads, the output it produces and the engineering tools it calls. The app should show consumption and remaining allowance before you decide to top up or change plan.
Measured at execution
Usage is recorded against the authenticated account when models and Adelphos tools run, not estimated from the length of a button click.
Warnings before limits
The commercial release should notify users before included usage is exhausted and must not create unapproved overage charges.
Managed in Stripe
Stripe Checkout collects payment details. The signed Stripe webhook, not the browser redirect, activates or updates the Adelphos entitlement.

Prices are shown in GBP excluding VAT. Stripe calculates and collects applicable tax only where the Adelphos Stripe account has been configured to do so.
What is a token?
A token is a unit used to measure text processed by an AI model. Actual Adelphos usage can also include structured context and engineering tool calls, so document counts are indicative rather than guaranteed.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
Commercial release behaviour should pause new paid usage or offer an explicit top-up or upgrade. Adelphos should never create an unapproved overage charge.
How is my subscription activated?
Stripe sends a signed webhook after successful Checkout. Adelphos verifies that event and updates the entitlement associated with the checkout email. The return page alone cannot activate access.
Can I cancel or update payment details?
Yes. Open the secure Stripe customer portal to manage payment details, invoices and cancellation. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Do free calculators recommend products?
No. Public calculator pages perform focused calculations only. They do not reproduce restricted selectors or recommend manufacturer products.
Is engineering output automatically suitable for issue?
No. The user remains responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, standards, results and suitability, and for obtaining competent-person review where required.
