Is an EPC register search free?
The official GOV.UK service lets users view or print an existing certificate. Any fee for a new assessment is separate and is agreed with the assessor.
Why can I not find the property EPC?
The address may not have a certificate in that register, the search details may differ, or a new assessment may be needed. Check the jurisdiction and use the official help route rather than inventing a rating.
Does Adelphos issue an official EPC?
