Why use Report Builder
Report Builder ships with eight templates out of the box: site report, MEP strategy, option appraisal, IESVE report, clash report, Stage 2 submission, Stage 3 submission, and survey writeup. Point any template at a project and it pulls the model views it needs, the calc outputs, the meeting minutes, the site photos and the latest issued drawings — and assembles the draft.
You review in the browser, the agent shows you the source for every figure (one click jumps to the model element or the spreadsheet cell), then you export to Word, PDF, or your DMS. When something changes — a new survey photo, a re-run calc, a revised drawing — you regenerate only the affected sections.
A typical recurring site report drops from 4–6 hours to about 30 minutes of review. A Stage 3 submission drops from a half-week of formatting work to a single afternoon. For an engineer issuing reports weekly, that's roughly half a day a week back.
How it works
Find the last report. Copy it. Update the dates. Beg the modeller for the latest views. Re-export the calc results. Re-format. Issue late.
Pick a template. Point it at the project. Adelphos pulls the model views, the calc outputs, the meeting minutes, the photos — and assembles the draft. You review and issue.
What makes it different
Reports are normally a once-a-stage spreadsheet-shuffling exercise. Report Builder makes them a continuous artifact — always current, always defensible, always issue-ready.
